Each user involved in the process can enter changes, of course, however, not more than one user at the same – the chronology of changes is reflected in the document metadata and, when the content is satisfactory, the status of the document changes from “in work“ to “released“. Only the last change entered is preserved, thus avoiding further work with divergent data.
