When you participate in, access or sign up to any of our services, activities or online content, such as newsletters, competitions, web and mobile notifications, telephone or text us we may receive personal information about you. This can consist of information such as your name, email address, postal address, telephone or mobile number, gender or date of birth, as well as information collected about your use of our services (such as what you read or watch on the Website).

Please note that sometimes we will require you to provide additional personal information and sometimes sensitive personal information. When we do this we will provide further information about why we are collecting your information and how we will use it.

Where we provide personalized services, we may ask your permission to review third-party data about you, for example, your’ Twitter or Facebook feeds, to get to know you better and to provide more effective personalization. Some of our services enable you to sign-in via a third party service, such as Facebook. If you choose to sign-in via a third party app, you will be presented with a dialog box which will ask your permission to allow us to access your personal information (e.g. your full name, date of birth, email address and any other information you have made publicly accessible). Please note that any information that is not required by the particular service you have opted to use will not be retained by us.

We collect information about how you browse the Website or other content online, and the device(s) you use to access the services. This includes collecting unique online identifiers such as IP addresses, which are numbers that can uniquely identify a specific computer or other network devices on the internet.

We will use your personal information for a number of purposes including the following:

• To provide our services, activities or online content, to provide you with information about them and to deal with your requests and inquiries;

• To provide you with the most user-friendly online navigation experience;

• For "service administration purposes", which means that we may contact you for reasons related to the service, activity or online content you have signed up for;

• Where we provide personalized services, we may analyze the information you supply, as well as your activity on our (and other) services, so that we can offer a more relevant, tailored service. If you are signed-in or subscribed to email newsletters, you will receive a personalized service. If you don’t want to receive these services you can unsubscribe from email newsletters, or disable personalization;

• For analysis and research purposes so that we may improve the services offered by us. This can include using geo-demographic information from external sources, where this helps us ensure we are making something for everyone;

• We may also use and disclose information in aggregate (so that no individuals are identified) for marketing and strategic development purposes;

We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as is set out in any relevant contract you hold with us.

Politika zaštite osobnih podataka

Uvođenjem Uredbe za zaštitu osobnih podataka GDPR-a, Cadcam Design Centar d.o.o. želi skrenuti pozornost na važnost zaštite osobnih podataka prilikom njihove obrade.

Smatramo da su osobni podatci povezani s temeljnim pravom i slobodom svakog pojedinca što je definirano i člankom 8. stavkom 1. Povelje Europske unije o temeljnim pravima te člankom 16. stavkom 1. Ugovora o funkcioniranju Euopske unije gdje se utvrđuje da svatko ima pravo na zaštitu svojih osobnih podataka.

Naša poslovna organizacija želi obavijestiti sve zainteresirane strane (klijente, dobavljače, poslovne partnere, zaposlenike, zakondavca) da smo usklađeni s temeljnim  načelima obrade osobnih podataka iz Uredbe o zaštiti osobnih podataka članak 5. stavak 1.

U to ime proveli smo čitav niz aktivnosti kako bi demonstrirali pouzdanost i dokazivost prema GDPR uredbi. Imenovali smo Službenika za obradu osobnih podataka, izradili smo procedure za zaštitu osobnih podataka, prepoznali potencijalne rizike za osobne podatke, proveli tehničke i organizacijske zaštitne mjere. Osim izrađene GDPR dokumentacije angažirali smo vanjskog neovisnog konzultanta koji je kroz Izvještaj ocjenio razinu usklađenosti s Uredbom.

Svjesni smo da je provedba zaštite osobnih podataka (GDPR) kontinuiran proces koji zahtjeva stalnu brigu o sustavu. Naša namjera je svesti rizik neovlaštene i nezakonite obrade podataka na minimum. Obrada podatka će biti zakonito, pošteno i transparentno obrađivana te isključivo za svrhe zbog kojih su podaci prikupljani.

Naši zaposlenici su upoznati s internim procedurama povezanim sa zaštitom osobnih podataka. Sve zainteresirane strane smo upoznali s našim oprediljenjem kroz ovu Politiku zaštite podataka koja ima deklarativnu narav.Svoja prava na zaštitu osobnih podataka zaposlenici i ostali ispitanici mogu ostvariti kod Službenika za zaštitu osobnih podataka čiji je telefonski broj 091 578 5880 ili putem mail-a: keti.kusanovic@cadcam-group.eu.
