When you participate in, access or sign up to any of our services, activities or online content, such as newsletters, competitions, web and mobile notifications, telephone or text us we may receive personal information about you. This can consist of information such as your name, email address, postal address, telephone or mobile number, gender or date of birth, as well as information collected about your use of our services (such as what you read or watch on the Website).

Please note that sometimes we will require you to provide additional personal information and sometimes sensitive personal information. When we do this we will provide further information about why we are collecting your information and how we will use it.

Where we provide personalized services, we may ask your permission to review third-party data about you, for example, your’ Twitter or Facebook feeds, to get to know you better and to provide more effective personalization. Some of our services enable you to sign-in via a third party service, such as Facebook. If you choose to sign-in via a third party app, you will be presented with a dialog box which will ask your permission to allow us to access your personal information (e.g. your full name, date of birth, email address and any other information you have made publicly accessible). Please note that any information that is not required by the particular service you have opted to use will not be retained by us.

We collect information about how you browse the Website or other content online, and the device(s) you use to access the services. This includes collecting unique online identifiers such as IP addresses, which are numbers that can uniquely identify a specific computer or other network devices on the internet.

We will use your personal information for a number of purposes including the following:

• To provide our services, activities or online content, to provide you with information about them and to deal with your requests and inquiries;

• To provide you with the most user-friendly online navigation experience;

• For "service administration purposes", which means that we may contact you for reasons related to the service, activity or online content you have signed up for;

We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as is set out in any relevant contract you hold with us.

Personal data protection policy

With the introduction of the GDPR Personal Data Protection Regulation, Cadcam Design Center d.o.o. wants to draw attention to the importance of protecting personal data during their processing.

We believe that personal data are related to the fundamental rights and freedoms of each individual, which is defined in Article 8 (1) of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union and Article 16 (1) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union. Their personal data.

Our business organization wants to inform all interested parties (customers, suppliers, business partners, employees, legislators) that we comply with the basic principles of personal data processing from the Regulation on Personal Data Protection, Article 5, paragraph 1.

In that name, we have carried out a whole series of activities to demonstrate reliability and provability under the GDPR regulation. We have appointed a Personal Data Processing Officer, developed procedures for personal data protection, identified potential risks to personal data, and implemented technical and organizational safeguards. In addition to the prepared GDPR documentation, we hired an external independent consultant who assessed the level of compliance with the Regulation through the Report.

We are aware that the implementation of personal data protection (GDPR) is a continuous process that requires constant care of the system. Our intention is to minimize the risk of unauthorized and illegal data processing. The processing of data will be lawfully, fairly, and transparently processed and exclusively for the purposes for which the data were collected.

Our employees are familiar with internal procedures related to personal data protection. We have informed all interested parties about our commitment through this Data Protection Policy, which has a declarative nature.
